Aeroflot Open, Round 7: Eljanov beat Korobov, Caruana blundered!

Round 7 of Aeroflot Open brought some new interesting and surprising results. An over-night tournament leader, Anton Korobov (2660) lost to his fellow countryman, GM Pavel Eljanov (2690), after an interesting battle in Slav Defence
A big surprise is defeat of Fabiano Caruana (2736). He lost to Polish grandmaster Mateuzs Bartel (2658) in Slav Defence when he simply blundered in worse position.

Mateuzs and Eljanov are the only players who have achieved 5.5/7 which put them on the top of the leaderboard.
