(Serbian: Светозар Глигорић, 2 February 1923 – 14 August 2012) was a Serbian and Yugoslavian chess grandmaster. He won the championship of Yugoslavia a twelve times which is an achievement which has never been repeated, and he is considered the best player ever from Serbia.
To the chess fans he is known as a passionate proponent of King's Indian Defence.
